You will receive an unlimited amount of projects and campaigns whilst subscribed. Your projects are broken up into requests and your requests and responded to one-at-a-time.

You can make any type of digital marketing request. Our usual requests include:
- Writing copy for ads.
- Design and deploying Paid ads
- Design newsletter templates
- Write Sales driven automated sequences
- Review marketing strategy
- Audit our CRM and make quick wins doc
- Review our workflow and fix errors
- Design and create landing page
- Help create marketing plan for our next shopping campaign

We can have a discussion prior to commencing to get to you know your needs. Most requests will be detailed in the briefing form sent.

You will receive a confirmation email and a form will be sent to begin the onboarding process. In the meantime we will set up your Team's workspace using ClickUp which is completely free for you. Once the Team's space is made you will receive an email with video instructions on how to create your first request. Once the request has been added we will be notified and then we review the request and get started. Super simple - no meetings needed (unless you need one - then very happy to schedule a free call).

There are 2 ways requests can be delivered - the first is I can create the content , assets, email templates, lists, etc. and send them in a workable format for you to plug in and use. Or more simply, you provide user access to your account granting me permission to set up and deliver on your behalf. All usernames and passwords are controlled by you, and I use your account on the basis to set up and deployment. Deployment only occures once it has been approved in ClickUp.

There is no project too big or request too complex (within reason) - that we can handle. If the project would be considered larger, like building a campaign with a particular audience list requiring SQL and deep personalisation or API triggered personalisation we would review what actionable steps are required to complete the scope of the request. This may result in the request being split into multiple request including testing and deployment. But you will be let known if it is large - and we can work on multiple requests at a time .

You can pause or cancel any time. If you only have a few requests that are needed in the first month till you make a hire or the project is complete, you can cancel the subscription and you will be billed to date. If you cancel within the first 7 days we will refund you 75% back/

Omni is run by a couple, who have run busineses together for over 10 years. Omni doesn't employ other specialists, or outsource work to any other entity or contractors. You'll work directly with us through the entirety of your experience.

We offer a ton of flexibility in how you request designs using ClickUp Kanban Board. Some common ways clients request is directly via ClickUp, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in ClickUp, it's fair game.

We will ensure you are 100% satisfied and work with you to ensure your brief is handled in an accurate manner. Sometimes an email camapign may not producce the expected outcome and we can discuss how this can be improved next time.
